FITNESS CLASSES
What We Offer?
Fitness classes, held in Carn Thomas Hall, are currently available including:
Exercise to Music and Step Aerobics.
Participants are advised to bring a towel, bottle of water, suitable footwear and comfortable clothing.
These sessions can be booked in advance through the Life Long Learning Centre (01720 423561) or you can just drop in.

Step Aerobics
Step classes are a good workout for all abilities and are now running twice a week in Carn Thomas Hall on the the following days and times:

Exercise to Music is open to all ages and ability and classes are now running twice a week in Carn Thomas Hall on the the following days and times:
